To help us deliver our medical image analysis solutions to large clinical trials we are hiring a

Azure Developer (Full Stack)

on a permanent full-time capacity.

Purpose of the Role:



The Azure Developer (Full Stack) will focus on improving IXICO's IXI platform workflow engine to simplify and speed up study configuration and deployment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Deliver technical solutions as a hands-on engineer, driving the development of web applications and RESTful APIs. Design and develop new features and reusable libraries with security and maintainability as core principles. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions and workarounds. Take ownership of codebase improvements and systematically address technical debt. Participate actively in team and project meetings, contributing to collective success. Function as a key member of a self-organizing Agile team, engaging fully in Agile ceremonies. Maintain high coding standards and champion engineering best practices across the team. Promote transparency and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Qualifications and skills required for the role:



Essential



Technical Expertise:



Strong proficiency in React (substantial experience required). Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio. Hands-on experience deploying to Azure, including serverless architectures (Azure Functions). Working knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with Event Driven architectures. Proficiency with Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of dependency injection principles. Familiarity with Azure API Management. Solid experience with Git workflows (pull requests, branching, merging).

Desirable



Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Azure B2C directory and identity frameworks. Advocate for TDD, BDD, and test automation.

Experience & Methodology:



Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Education:



Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
