We're hiring a Field Manager

for a

4-6-week contract

to manage a team of Sales Executives boosting sales of

Celsius

and

-196

into convenience stores -- and we want

YOU

to manage our team.

Ideal location: High Wycombe,

United Kingdom, HP11

Territory covering: Birmingham, Walsall, London E, London N, London EC, London NW, London SW, London W, London WC, Harrow, Twickenham, Southall, London SE, Bromley, Croydon and surrounding areas

Your mission:



Empower and energise your team to smash calls, sales, and distribution targets -- and go beyond! Coach in real time with hands-on support, insightful feedback, and regular performance check-ins to unlock peak potential. Drive smart territory management by optimising team coverage, journey planning and daily productivity. Leverage cutting-edge insights from our Data Science team to spot trends, uncover opportunities and supercharge sales. Keep reporting sharp and on point, while ensuring full compliance every step of the way. Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Account Manager.

What we're looking for:



Proven success in boosting sales performance by empowering and motivating teams to excel. Exceptional leadership skills that inspire, coach, and cultivate high-performing talent. Sharp commercial insight paired with strong analytical skills to decode sales data and drive impactful decisions. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities that connect and convince. Expert at juggling multiple priorities while thriving independently in a fast-moving environment. Masterful in conflict resolution, objection handling, and influencing key stakeholders across all levels. Valid full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Going live in the field from Tuesday 7th October, working full-time work between 4-6 weeks (depending on territory and calls available) 150.00 per day (including bonus) + business mileage (own vehicle required) Account Manager support throughout.
