Job Purpose:

Responsible for the day-to-day management of aircraft line and AOG maintenance inputs and projects. Ensure all maintenance certifications align with current privileges detailed in the organisation's MOE

Accountability:

Accountable for maintaining the highest standards in all maintenance activities, meeting both regulatory and company standards. Uphold safety and quality standards in the certification of line and AOG maintenance support events, in accordance with current company approvals and licensed certification privileges. Act as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners or representatives, striving to meet customer needs to the best of one's abilities.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Travel Readiness: Maintain preparedness for immediate travel, ensuring swift responses to customer demands and timely resolutions. Communication Excellence: Foster transparent and satisfactory communication with customers and internal stakeholders during deployments, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout. Task Precision: Adhere meticulously to assigned tasks, ensuring they align with Inflite MOE capabilities and comply with relevant state-of-registry regulations. Professional Presentation: Uphold impeccable personal presentation standards by consistently wearing company uniform and projecting professionalism at all times. AOG Vehicle Management: Assume sole responsibility for the AOG Response vehicle, overseeing ownership, equipment, stock control, and replenishment to guarantee uninterrupted service. Vehicle Appearance: Maintain the pristine appearance of company vehicles, reflecting the highest customer perception standards consistently. Flexible Deployment: Seamlessly transition between AOG deployments and base maintenance duties at The Jet Centre, remaining under the Head of Maintenance's supervision and ready for immediate response. Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, particularly in relation to health, quality, and safety policies. Safety Advocacy: Actively participate in the company's safety system, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and hazards to foster a safe working environment for all personnel. Team Leadership: Exercise authoritative guidance over staff within the assigned area, offering support and direction as necessary. Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Head of Maintenance, providing and seeking assistance as needed, and liaising with other departments to facilitate seamless operations

Skills and Experience:

Organisational Proficiency: Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in dynamic environments. Resource Management: Exhibit proficiency in resource management, leveraging resources optimally to achieve operational objectives efficiently. Leadership Aptitude: Display strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating team members towards common objectives. Communication Mastery: Possess advanced proficiency in written and oral communication, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills. Apprenticeship Completion: Successfully complete a recognised apprenticeship programme, acquiring a robust foundation in aircraft maintenance principles and practices. Industry Awareness: Commit to staying updated on industry developments, ensuring familiarity with all relevant aircraft types and regulatory requirements. Licensing and Proficiency: Hold a full unrestricted 'B1' or 'B2' license, with 'B2' engineers equipped with electrical privileges, and demonstrate proficiency in engine ground run procedures.
