Job Description

An opportunity for Receptionist/Team Administrator Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a conscientious and reliable person to work as Team Administrator at Tandridge Community Mental Health Recovery Service.



The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality administrative and secretarial service to the multidisciplinary team.



You will be required to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship alongside your main day to day duties. You will be given one study day per week to attend remote learning. .



The duration of the programme is circa:

18-21 Months. (It might be 16 months, it could be 18 months, depending on learner)



Please note that you need to meet the Essential Criteria:



Applicants must not hold a pre-existing qualification in the same subject area of Business Administration at Level 3 (e.g., A-Level/Diploma/T-Level) or above (e.g., Level 5 Foundation Degree, Level 6 Degree, or Level 7 Masters Degree). Applicants must not already be enrolled in any form of formal UK government-funded education. GCSE English and Maths: Grade C/4 and above or Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths required or equivalent qualification. To deal with any visitors to the reception area in a professional and welcoming manner To ensure incoming and outgoing post and parcel deliveries are dealt with efficiently on a daily basis Answer telephone calls and relay any messages in a timely manner Check and book rooms for other team members upon request Scanning documents for uploading to patient record system Receive and respond to e-mails in an appropriate manner, forwarding where necessary To send, receive and monitor fax transmissions Administer the appropriate access tools, such as door fobs, car park barriers, keys etc. as required Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the relevant visitor book/system General administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, laminating etc Provide support to team members in setting up rooms for meetings
