Award winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a strategic Business Director to join their B2B team! You will be part of SLT and Exec board level team too. Hybrid.
Coming from a senior PR background you will have experience shaping business strategy, managing client relationships, driving performance and leading with purpose.
Your role will involve coaching team members in best practice, delegating effectively, mentoring senior team members, developing talent, leading teams and embedding culture.
You will need a deep understanding of B2B communications, with a track record of commercial success, entrepreneurial flair and experience of delivering award winning work.
A key skill is the ability to drive client retention, growth and new business, while managing P&L's and setting financial goals. An in-depth understanding of business & financial planning, management and reporting is also required.
