Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Conference Marketing Manager
to join our friendly, diverse, and growing team based in London. In this role, you will support the Marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for a portfolio of decarbonisation and sustainability conferences.Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project team to ensure all marketing activities are completed on time and align with project timelines Secure partnerships with relevant media outlets and industry associations Attend weekly team meetings to provide updates on campaign analysis, upcoming activities, and milestones Build and manage targeted data selections for campaigns and identify audience gaps Analyse campaign performance and use insights to enhance future marketing efforts Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools Maintain and update event websites with accurate and engaging content
Experience
Minimum
1 year of commercial conference marketing experience
Strong copywriting and analytical skills Excellent time management and project coordination skills Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platformsIf you are passionate about marketing and eager to grow and contribute to our success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Pay: 31,501.00-35,000.00 per year
