Role purpose
Own the build and day-to-day delivery of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns for scaling clients, using HubSpot as the core marketing and revenue platform. This is a hands-on role where you plan, build, execute and optimise campaigns yourself, while acting as the main marketing contact for your clients.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content, webinars, events, nurture) to hit clear targets for MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and revenue. Build campaigns directly in HubSpot: workflows, email nurtures, landing pages, forms, CTAs, lists, lead scoring rules and campaign structures. Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and reporting in HubSpot so performance is clearly visible to the agency and to clients. Run regular campaign optimisation: A/B tests, audience refinements, message and offer testing, journey improvements and conversion-rate optimisation. Act as day-to-day marketing contact for a set of scaling B2B clients, joining regular calls, presenting performance, and turning feedback into concrete actions. Brief designers, copywriters and paid media specialists when needed, but stay close to the work and ensure everything is implemented correctly in HubSpot. Work with client sales teams to align on ICP, lead handover, qualification rules and feedback loops, and adjust campaigns based on what converts. Keep HubSpot portals tidy and usable: manage properties, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, lists and permissions for your accounts.
HubSpot super user requirement

Act as a HubSpot super user for your clients: confident configuring Marketing Hub (and ideally Sales Hub and Service Hub) without support. Build and maintain complex workflows, multi-step nurtures, lead routing, lead scoring and automation to support campaigns. Hold key HubSpot Academy certifications (for example: Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, Revenue Operations, Admin courses) and keep them up to date. Stay on top of new HubSpot features and recommend practical ways to use them to improve performance for Resourceful and its clients.
Experience and skills

3-5+ years in B2B marketing with clear, hands-on responsibility for building and running campaigns (agency or in-house demand gen). Proven track record of delivering leads and pipeline from integrated campaigns, with examples of what you personally built and optimised. Strong HubSpot power-user, operating daily in at least one full HubSpot portal, not just as a light user. Comfortable with numbers and reporting; able to pull meaningful insights from HubSpot dashboards and analytics and turn them into actions. Confident communicator with clients and internal teams; able to translate data into next steps and explain the "why" behind recommendations.
Nice to have

Experience supporting ABM plays or outbound SDR teams. Familiarity with tools commonly used alongside HubSpot (such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ZoomInfo/Cognism, Salesforce).
