B2B Growth Coordinator - Remote Position (Northern Ireland)

Work From Home | Laptop Provided | Full-Time Opportunity Available

Monday - Friday, 10AM-3:45PM (25 hours per week)

This role is funded through The Job Start Scheme by the Department of Communities. Applicants must have a work coach and be in receipt of Universal Credit. Open to Northern Ireland residents only.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to launch their career in digital marketing. This is a fully supported role where you'll receive complete training on professional B2B tools and strategies -

no prior experience necessary

What You'll Do:

Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns for B2B clients Monitor campaign performance and optimise messaging for better results Manage outreach sequences using industry-leading automation tools Engage with prospects and manage responses Create reports on campaign performance Support client communication and success Help improve our processes and contribute ideas

What You'll Learn:

Professional B2B tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach) B2B sales and marketing strategies that drive real results Data analysis and campaign optimisation Client relationship management Highly transferable skills in the fast-growing B2B growth sector

What We're Looking For:

Excellent written English and attention to detail Basic computer skills and confidence in learning new software Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Genuine interest in digital marketing and B2B sales Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently once trained
