The Role



Responsible for supporting the account team in the successful implementation of client campaigns and requests, on time and to budget. To achieve this, you're focused on delivering excellent customer service to our clients. You have great people skills and be a confident team player. The role will be varied, with exposure to a broad range of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities



Account administration

Maintenance of weekly status reports

Creation and regular review of project timelines and quotations

Creation of client meeting/call agendas and contact reports

Accurate and efficient scheduling and task management

Accurate time estimates and individual time tracking against projects

Radar administration across CRM and client accounts is accurate and up to date

Client folders on the server are tidy and files are archived as required

Account management

Responding to small ad-hoc requests from clients and internal teams in a timely manner

Support the creation of client reports, briefs and project documents

Ensure client communication is consistent, so clients are always aware of the status of projects

Ability to prioritise and multi-task on multiple clients at once to support efficient and profitable delivery across all accounts and projects

Take ownership of projects from quote approval to completion and highlight to senior team members as appropriate when project budgets need to be reviewed

Ensuring all work is scheduled with creative and digital teams as required and support the scheduling team by providing updates on forecast work

Checking the accuracy of all requirements and amends on tasks to support quality control

Know and understand when to bring in senior team members to support discussions

Proactively suggest ideas that will advance our internal processes on account management

Consultancy

Help shape and develop client briefs

Take an active interest and keen knowledge of industry and marketing trends, using both to lead and on our clients' future marketing plans

Working with the rest of the account team, you will help to identify business development opportunities for Revere with your clients and will support the leadership team with the overall business objectives
