PB Powder Coatings Ltd is a specialist surface finishing company based in Lincolnshire, trusted by leading UK brands to deliver high-end powder coating and Cerakote applications.

We have just completed a flagship project with one of the UK's most iconic engineering and manufacturing companies -- a project that has global reach and has already been seen by thousands of people, even though our part of the story has never been told publicly.

Now we want to change that.

We are looking for a marketing professional who can take our archive of photos and video footage from this project and transform it into a LinkedIn campaign that reveals the story step by step. This campaign will showcase our role as the trusted coatings partner behind the scenes and generate real traction across LinkedIn and beyond.

This is a short-term contract to deliver the campaign, but for the right person there is a strong opportunity to grow into a permanent role, taking on wider marketing responsibilities across our business.

Responsibilities

Review our existing archive of photos and video footage Plan a story-driven LinkedIn campaign with a teaser, behind-the-scenes content, and a full reveal Create professional posts, carousels, and short video edits Produce a branded case study PDF for future use Engage with relevant companies and networks to maximise reach Track engagement and provide recommendations for future campaigns
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B marketing and LinkedIn strategy Strong content creation and storytelling skills Confident using Canva, video editing tools, and LinkedIn analytics Experience creating campaigns that build intrigue and deliver impact Familiarity with technical, engineering, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
Pay and benefits
