Marketing Manager - Independent Agency - Hybrid Working Model
Media Experience Preferable
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing content, campaigns and events, as well as managing digital channels, and some day-to-day marketing operations and processes.
The Job:

Assist the fCMO in developing and evolving the agencies content marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Grow their presence on social media through a regular cadence of engagement that promotes their offering, insights, and people.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Take ownership of the company website content, making regular updates to the blog and insights section, and more infrequent updates to core content pages as required, and optimisations for SEO.

You:

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in content marketing, event management and digital marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Experience of using AI to augment work.
Exceptional project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing technology and digital platforms, preferably HubSpot.
