We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Outreach Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on outbound lead generation primarily through LinkedIn and email outreach to help us expand our client base.

20-25 hours (flexible scheduling--you decide how to split your hours across the week)

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential business leads within targeted industries and company sizes
Engage prospects via personalized LinkedIn messages and email campaigns
Manage and update lead tracking databases
Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with prospects
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
Comfortable using LinkedIn and email platforms for outreach
Basic knowledge of CRM or Google Sheets is a plus but not required
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
