We're on the lookout for a

strategic and proactive B2B Paid Social Media Manager

to join our growing team at

GroupWhistle

- a digital communications consultancy working with companies at the forefront of automotive, energy, defence and AI-driven transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact paid and organic social strategies across GroupWhistle and our pioneering clients, who are revolutionising how the world moves, powers and defends itself.

The Role



You'll take the lead on crafting and managing social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement and growth across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and beyond. As part of our agile, creative team, you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing stories of next-gen technology to life through compelling digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create and manage

organic social strategies

across LinkedIn and other
platforms for both GroupWhistle and client accounts

Launch, manage and

optimise paid social campaigns

(LinkedIn, Meta, ideally Google) from awareness to conversion Advise on

budgets, targeting and creative

to maximise performance Maintain and evolve each brand's

tone of voice and social identity

Continuously

test and refine content, copy and creative

for improved results Analyse performance using tools like

SocialPilot

and provide actionable insights Manage campaign

budgets, financial reporting and performance analytics

Ensure

brand consistency

across all channels and messaging Lead

SEO strategy and execution

, including keyword research, content optimisation and performance reporting Manage

client and stakeholder communications

across email, calls and project updates Present campaign results and strategic recommendations with confidence Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns Support the creation and delivery of

email campaigns

via HubSpot or other
CRM platforms

What you'll bring



We're looking for someone with a

strategic mind and creative flair

, who thrives on variety and is excited by the chance to work at the intersection of technology, innovation and storytelling.

3-4+ years' experience

managing social media and paid campaigns (ideally in
an agency setting)

Proven track record with

LinkedIn Ads and Google Search advertising

Working knowledge of

SEO best practices

and website optimisation Proficiency with

Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot

and similar tools Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills A

data-driven mindset

with sharp analytical and reporting capabilities Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to

manage multiple projects

A

proactive, solutions-focused approach

and willingness to get hands-on
