B2B Sales Executive

to join our team and help us expand our customer base.

The Role

:

As a

B2B Sales Executive

, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by generating leads, building relationships, and securing sales with installers, system integrators, and other B2B clients. You'll use a variety of methods, including email, telephone, social media, and networking, to identify opportunities and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Generate new leads and proactively reach out to potential B2B clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, including

CCTV

alarms

intercoms

,

PoE switches

,

access control systems

,

smart home products

, and

commercial drones

. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and generate qualified leads. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities (if applicable).

What We're Looking For

:

Proven experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in the security systems, smart technology, or construction industry. Strong ability to generate leads and close sales through email, phone, and social media. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Knowledge of

CCTV

alarms

intercoms

access control

smart home products

, or

commercial drones

is a

plus

, but not essential (training will be provided). Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A full UK driving license (if travel is required).
