About the Role
We are looking for
Sales Representatives
to join our dynamic
BT Local Business
sales team. This is a
Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
role, full cycle sales across our portfolio of
Broadband, VOIP / Cloud telephony systems & Mobile phone packages
whilst also working closely with our team of Field Based Sales Representative to introduce them in to opportunities for our higher value/revenue products.
You'll be part of a lively, supportive team that proactively contacts
SME businesses
to generate interest in
BT's market-leading products and services
, helping them stay connected and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales:
Proactively contact SME businesses via outbound calls to sell BT's market-leading portfolio of products.
Appointment Setting:
Book qualified meetings for our Field Sales team.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
CRM Management:
Accurately record all interactions and sales activity in
Salesforce
.
Requirements - Skills & Attributes
Proven success in
B2B sales / telesales
roles.
Confident communicator with excellent rapport-building skills.
Resilient, energetic, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Ambitious, with a hunger for success and career progression.
Strong IT skills and experience using
CRM systems
(Salesforce preferred).
