The role
You are mission control for new aligner patients.
You take someone from curiosity to commitment and you do it with empathy clarity and commercial focus.
You will
Run engaging virtual consultations that build trust and momentum
Qualify with smart questions and uncover what really matters to each person
Present treatment plans with simple confident language
Handle objections with calm professionalism and a smile
Close on the call and follow up like a pro
Manage your pipeline and hit daily weekly and monthly targets
Turn no shows and fence sitters into solid starts
About you
You have 4+ years of experience in consultative sales, such as healthcare aesthetics, property, or finance.
You love the feeling when a deal lands and the numbers move.
You bring warmth as well as willpower.
You are confident selling on video or phone
Read people well and know when to listen when to nudge, and when to ask for the yes
Are organised, proactive, and accountable
Want to win as a team and still own your personal bests
Dental experience helps, but it is not essential.
