We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated B2C Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our new ConneX app. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an individual with a startup mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our B2C audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (paid and organic), search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize reach and conversion.
Go-to-Market & App Launch:
Lead the development and execution of the ConneX app's go-to-market strategy, including localized campaigns.
Create compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for the target B2C audience.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and align marketing efforts with product features.
User Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and target key user segments and develop tailored marketing funnels to drive user sign-ups and downloads.
Implement strategies to increase user engagement and reduce churn.
Develop and manage ASO to improve app visibility and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Brand Building:
Establish and grow the ConneX brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage community engagement and influencer marketing to build a strong, loyal user base.
