We're looking for a proactive and hands-on

B2C Warehouse Team Leader

to take ownership of our wholesale and trade operations. Based at our busy Stratford-upon-Avon site, you'll lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant fulfilment of bulk orders for our B2C customers.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives handling B2C/wholesale orders

Ensure timely and accurate preparation, palletisation, labelling, and dispatch of goods

Work closely with account managers, logistics, and transport partners

Maintain compliance with customer and retailer requirements (labelling, documentation, packaging)

Monitor stock accuracy and coordinate replenishments for trade accounts

Uphold health & safety standards while motivating and training your team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in warehouse operations, ideally with B2C or wholesale fulfilment

Proven leadership or supervisory background

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of stock management systems/WMS

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
