The Role:

We're looking for

enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teachers

to join our growing team. You'll deliver structured, fun, and engaging swimming lessons to small groups of little swimmers. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you'll play a key part in each child's early experiences in the water, working closely with families to build trust, confidence, and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver progressive, age-appropriate swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, and/or pre-schoolers Create a warm, welcoming environment for both children and their families Maintain the highest standards of safety, safeguarding, and professionalism Track and record swimmer progress using our structured programme Represent Swim Superb positively at all times

What We're Looking For:

A Baby and Pre-School qualification (STA or Swim England) -

Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends -

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Current Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers/NPLQ and Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 16.50-20.00 per hour
