About the Role

As our Baby Room Floor Leader, you'll:

Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-2. Lead daily routines, care, and play, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Work closely with your supportive team, encouraging best practice and kindness. Communicate with parents, giving them confidence that their baby is thriving. Be part of planning exciting activities that follow the EYFS framework and support every baby's unique development.
What We're Looking For

A big heart and a passion for babies and early childhood development. A positive attitude and the ability to bring calm, reassurance, and joy to the room. Experience in early years is a bonus, but not essential - if you have the passion, we'll help you grow the skills. Ideally, you'll hold (or be working towards) a Level 3 Early Years qualification, but we're open to talking to the right person.
