Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and fun environment for children aged 0-4 years, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development alongside learning swimming skills, becoming water confident, and being safe.

You will engage children in various activities that promote learning through play, ensuring that each child is supported at a pace that is right for them.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards, and development stages. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging pool environment where children can explore and learn. Observe and assess children's progress alongside our Milestone award programme.

Experience

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to educate children using creative teaching methods that engage their interests. No previous teaching or professional swimming experience is required as full training is provided. (although of course, swimming teaching qualifications already achieved would be a bonus!)

You will be required to work on Sunday AM in Bucklebury 10-12.30pm and have a car and driving licence.

Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
