We are searching for a

warm, attentive and highly skilled Baby Room Educator

who understands the importance of secure attachments, high-quality interactions and following each child's individual rhythm.

What You'll Do



Build secure, trusting attachments with young babies and their families Provide highly responsive, attuned and consistent care routines Create calming, sensory-rich environments that support curiosity and exploration Observe and follow each child's cues, interests and developmental rhythms Work closely with our Atelierista and wider team to embed creativity, natural materials and meaningful experiences into the "Nest" Document learning in reflective, intuitive and gentle ways Ensure high standards of care, safety and well-being at all times Contribute your nurturing presence, patience and expertise to our "Nest" team

A passionate Educator with a strong understanding of infant development and care Someone who values connection, attachment and relationship-led practice An individual who is calm, responsive, patient and deeply observant Someone who is excited by the Reggio Emilia Approach Experience working specifically with babies A team player who thrives in a gentle, supportive and collaborative environment

To thrive in this role, we ask that you:

Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification Have experience working with babies within a nursery environment
