We are now seeking an

experienced Room Lead Educator

to take charge of our busy baby and toddler room, caring for children from

3 months to 2 years

.

About the Role

As Room Lead Educator, you will:

Oversee the

daily running of a busy baby and toddler room

, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. Lead, motivate, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.

Design and deliver age-appropriate activities for babies and toddlers under 2

, supporting their early development in line with the EYFS. Build warm, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers, ensuring consistent communication and trust. Monitor and track children's progress through observations, assessments, and development records. Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified

: Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential.

Experienced

: Minimum of

2 years working directly with children under 2

, with proven experience of

leading a busy baby room

.

Confident Leader

: Skilled at managing routines, supporting staff, and delegating effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Passionate

: A genuine love for working with babies and toddlers, supporting their early learning and development.

Organised & Professional

: Committed to high standards of care, safeguarding, and teamwork.
