Baby Room Leader - Help Shape Tiny Futures!

We're searching for a Baby Room Leader who's ready to guide a team, inspire little minds, and create a nurturing environment where our under-2s can thrive.

This is your chance to take the lead in a room where every cuddle, every babble, and every milestone matters.

What you'll do:

Lead and inspire a team of practitioners in our Baby Room.

Set high expectations and maintain the very best standards of care.

Plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support early development.

Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.

Ensure routines run smoothly while providing a safe, loving space for our tiniest learners.

What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher).

Proven experience working with babies and under-2s.

Strong leadership and organisational skills - someone who can motivate, guide, and support their team.

A passion for creating a nurturing, high-quality environment where every child feels valued.

A calm, caring approach (with a sprinkle of fun and creativity!).

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance and receipt of satisfactory references.
