Join the team at Raised in Bristol - where early years education meets community impact.

We're looking for a Nursery Room Leader at our nursery at Felix Road Adventure Playground. This role is in the Baby Room - tell us about your experience in your application.

Raised In is a not-for-personal-profit social enterprise with a clear mission: to provide the very best early years education while investing in the communities we serve.

We're a passionate bunch at Raised In! We love what we do, and we're committed to helping the youngest children reach their full potential in friendly, nurturing, and engaging home-from-home environments. We're building something special, and we'd love you to be part of it.

At Raised In our approach centres on child-led learning through play, with a thoughtfully designed curriculum that nurtures curiosity and supports each child's unique interests. From the baby room through to preschool, we focus on every stage of development--helping children grow in confidence and preparing them for their exciting next steps towards school.

This nursery offers a more relaxed feel than larger settings, with just 62 places. It's housed in a beautiful timber-framed building overlooking the much-loved Felix Road Adventure Playground. The nursery has a warm, homely atmosphere, and all rooms enjoy free-flow access to the garden space--perfect for outdoor play and exploration.

We're just a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill Roundabout, with regular bus links across Bristol, and only 10 minutes from Stapleton Road train station. The nursery is easily accessible by bike, and there's free on-street parking nearby.
