Clowns are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baby room Leader to join our team in a nurturing environment focused on early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. As a room Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the room, ensuring that all activities run smoothly while providing guidance and support to staff and children alike.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the room, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Lead and manage staff during your shift, fostering teamwork and effective communication. Develop and implement educational activities that promote early childhood development. Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as nursery policies. Provide support to staff in managing children's behaviour and developmental needs. Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices in childcare and early education.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential. Background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams effectively. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment for children. A nurturing attitude towards childcare, with a focus on individual development needs. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
