About the Role

As our Baby Room Leader, you will:

Create a peaceful, responsive environment for babies to explore, bond, and thrive. Lead and support a small, dedicated team within our baby room. Plan meaningful, nature-inspired experiences that support sensory development, attachment, and early communication. Build trusting relationships with families, ensuring every parent feels seen, supported, and valued. Model excellent practice for staff, helping to nurture their confidence, curiosity, and professional growth. Champion our ethos of outdoor play, calm routines, and child-led exploration.

About You

You will be:

A

Level 3 Early Years

practitioner (or equivalent), with good knowledge of the EYFS. Someone who understands the unique needs of babies and the importance of secure attachments. Calm, compassionate, organised, and committed to high-quality care. Inspired by nature and excited to share that sense of wonder with children and your team. Confident in leading others, supporting reflective practice, and creating a warm, safe environment.
