Your Role

As our

Baby Room Leader

, you will:

Lead the day to day running of the baby room with confidence, care and professionalism Provide high quality, nurturing care for babies aged 0-2 Create and deliver engaging, sensory-rich and developmentally appropriate activities Ensure routines (meals, naps, bottles, comfort) are responsive, consistent and individually tailored Build warm, positive relationships with families, offering reassurance, communication and trust Observe, assess and record each child's development, supporting next steps Support and guide room staff, encouraging strong teamwork and positive practice Maintain a safe, calm and hygienic environment that promotes emotional security Uphold excellent safeguarding, organisation and health & safety standards Bring your ideas, creativity and leadership to help shape the future of our baby room

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Level 3 qualified in Early Years (essential)

Experienced and confident in caring for babies aged 0-2 Warm, nurturing and genuinely passionate about early development Comfortable leading a small team or ready to take the next step into leadership Strong in communication, organisation and relationship building with parents, children and staff. Knowledgeable in the EYFS and committed to excellent safeguarding practice Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to providing the very best start for every child

Pay: 24,996.40-31,616.00 per year
