Level 3 Room Leader

to join our team and help create an exceptional environment for the babies in our care.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification

Has

experience

working in a nursery setting Can lead a small team with energy, positivity and professionalism Understands the importance of building strong bonds with children, families and staff Is confident in planning, observing and delivering high-quality learning experiences Is ready to lead by example -- singing, storytelling, getting messy and having fun alongside the team
