Baby Room Leader
to join our growing team in the nursery at Park Hill School and Nursery.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Room Leader, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality early years education while guiding and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate learning experiences
Monitoring and documenting children's development and progress
Building strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
Maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners within your designated room
Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
You'll Need:
A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
Previous experience in a nursery setting (e.g. Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Room Lead)
Strong understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and Child Protection policies
Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude
A passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and emotional development
