Job Description
COME AND WORK FOR OUR SMALL CHAIRTY SETTING, WITH BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE AND SUPPORTIVE MANAGEMENT.
WORKING 8.30-4.30!Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff members
- Plan and organize daily activities for children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Ensure the well-being and development of each child in the nursery
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's activities and progress
- Implement and follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Experience:
- Level 3 childcare qualification or above
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Familiarity with early years curriculum frameworks
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
