Experienced (Working with babies within a professional setting) Baby Room Leader opportunity available at our Ofsted rated 'Good' Greyfriars Day Nursery. We are looking for a Baby Room Leader to join our dedicated, fun and professional team. Our nursery is at the heart of Reading town centre so close and convenient for transport links, Oracle shopping centre, River Thames etc.

Work pattern/hours and salary can be negotiable and can be discussed at interview

You will need to be nurturing and passionate with a drive to make a real difference to the children/families in your care. You will work work closely with your Deputy Room Leader and team to deliver fun and interesting planned activities for the babies (from 3 months old) within your room. All nursery room environments are natural and environmentally friendly at their core. As Room Leader you will lead your team by showing excellent practice and role modelling by providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure the highest standard of care and teaching are delivered at all times. You will have the freedom to be creative and bring new ideas and activities within the nursery ethos and vision.
