Baby Room Leader

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a nurturing baby room filled with love, laughter and learning. Supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and early development. Building beautiful bonds with babies and parents alike. Ensuring a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where every baby thrives.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education. Experience working with babies (0-2 years) and confident in leading a team. A warm, patient and playful personality with a true passion for early years.

Pay: 28,000.00-31,500.00 per year
