Tamba Day Nursery Beckton is seeking enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable practitioners to come and join us! We want your skills, your passion, your ideas and plenty of energy.
We are looking for an experienced Room Leader who wants to take their first step into management/leadership with the responsibility of Third in Charge. In the absence of the manager & deputy manager you will take overall responsibility for the nursery.
You will monitor all aspects of the room in which you are responsible and to ensure all the following elements are progressing.
Skills needed:
Excellent communication skills and problem solving
Inspire, motivate and lead a team
Ability to multi-task and meet deadline
Exceptional organisational skills
Duties include;
Planning, leading and implementing the the Early Years Foundation Stage
Providing a unique experience for the children that is interactive, fun and warm
Building strong parent relationships
Upholding the implementing the nursery policies and procedures
Safeguarding children at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
