We're growing -- again!

Eco Babe is expanding into our stunning new Garden House, complete with immersive sensory spaces, outdoor classrooms and a purpose-built Baby Room designed to feel calm, cosy and extraordinary.

We're now looking for a passionate, confident and nurturing Baby Room Leader to join our management team and help us bring this brand-new space to life.

About the role

You'll take the lead in creating a loving, stimulating environment for our youngest children (0-1.5 years), ensuring every day is full of warmth, connection and early learning magic.

You'll be hands-on with your team, leading by example and working closely with our senior leadership to maintain the exceptional standards Eco Babe is known for.

What you'll be doing

Leading a small team of dedicated practitioners within the Baby Room Planning engaging, sensory-rich experiences tailored to each baby's unique routine and development Building trusted partnerships with families, sharing updates and milestones with care Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing Supporting team training, reflection and development within your room
About you

We're looking for someone with:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Prior experience leading a baby or under-two's room A naturally warm, patient and organised approach Confidence in communicating with both staff and parents A genuine love for early years and a commitment to quality practice
