Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage a team while fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and children.

Duties

Lead and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and children to promote a collaborative environment. Manage daily activities in the nursery, ensuring that all children receive appropriate care and attention. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of childcare services provided. Support staff in implementing educational programmes tailored to children's developmental needs. Monitor children's progress and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment for both children and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Baby Room experience is essential Must hold a level 3 early years qualification
