Job Summary

At Little Angels we pride ourselves on providing a warm, caring and enriching environment where she and every child can feel safe and valued. We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Baby Room Lead to join our ever growing dedicated team in leading the care of our youngest of babies. This is a full time position Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your team to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning opportunities following the EYFS. Ensure the high standards of health, safety and safeguarding are always adhered to. Be a key person for a designated group of babies, ensuring their personal care needs are met and development is logged on their online journals. Build strong positive relationships with parents, carers, professionals and other team members. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) as recognised by the Governments Early Years Qualification List. Experience of working with under twos in an Early Years Settling. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and children's development Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ability to multitask with strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. A genuine passion for working with children.
