We are actively recruiting a

Room Leader

to be based at our nursery in the TN9 area, this exciting opportunity complements our growth. The successful

Room Leader

will have current or previous experience within a similar role with a passion for making a difference.

Duties include, but not limited to:

To oversee the day to day running of the room. To be approachable for parents and staff. To be responsible for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff. To ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. To take an active role within the senior management team. To ensure the base room runs smoothly and is clean, tidy and presentable at all times. To ensure adherence to health and safety policies and practice. To ensure all room and Nursery policies and procedures are adhered to. To respect and maintain confidentiality. To inform the Nursery Manager of any problems, children's illnesses and absences. To induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise the Nursery practitioners.
