Summary

We are seeking a passionate Baby room Leader to join our team at Pathways Nurseries & Childcare Centres Ltd in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting care, learning, and development for children through practical activities and positive relationships. Your leadership will help us maintain our commitment to high-quality childcare.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Baby Room Team team during your shift to ensure high standards of care and education. Foster a positive environment that encourages children's learning and development. Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to support each child's individual needs. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's growth. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance as needed. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Support the overall management of the nursery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within a childcare or nursery setting. Strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Sage Excellent management and communication skills. Experience working directly with children in a childcare environment. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are preferred.
