Baby Room Leader Wanted!

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Baby Room Leader to oversee daily operations within our beautiful setting in Weybridge.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills with a passion for working with and nurturing children. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment and maintaining high standards of childcare. The Baby Room is small so the team is close knit, with the wellbeing of the children always paramount.

The Shift Leader will play a vital role in coordinating activities, supporting team members and fostering positive relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification is a must. Proven experience in childcare, nursery settings, or early childhood education. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A caring attitude combined with organisational skills to manage daily routines efficiently.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
