Baby Room Leader

About the Role:
Lead the baby room with confidence, warmth, and vision
Create a calm, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports early development
Plan and deliver creative, child-led experiences in line with the EYFS
Support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Contribute ideas and enthusiasm as the nursery develops and moves forward
About You:
Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
At least two years experience working with babies and ideally in a leadership or senior role
Passionate about high-quality baby care and early development
Creative, motivated, and excited by a new challenge
A positive role model with strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
