Overview

We are seeking 2 x part time Baby Room Leaders to join our team.

They will be required to run the room together and split the weekly hours doing shifts that are negotiable.

We would like the room to be in providing high-quality care and education for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a nursery room.

We are planning on dividing the week between 2

Duties

- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children
- Manage daily operations of the nursery room
- Provide support and guidance to staff members
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment

Skills

- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Experience working in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive initiatives and motivate staff
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong organisational skills to manage nursery activities efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.35 per hour
