Become a dinosaur or princess when required
Read stories upside down, whilst being interrupted at least 5 times per page
Rapidly count little human's heads whilst they're all moving
Dance in the rain
Nose wiping skills are VITAL
You must be comfortable entering public spaces with unknown substances on your clothing (food, glitter, paint etc.)
The ability to sing is not necessary, but the ability to sing loudly and out of tune in a crowd of children is
Give warm hugs when necessary
Bonnington House nursery is a large 105 place nursery in Trinity area of Edinburgh. We have 5 playrooms over 2 floors to suit all ages and abilities of the children. The nursery has large garden areas and plenty of nearby outdoor space at Victoria Park which we absolutely love to use, and get out and about.
We are looking to hire a
Early years Practitioner
to work in our baby room. We are looking for a qualified or unqualified practitioner who holds a HNC, SVQ 3 or equivalent in childcare or wants to work towardsThese roles requires the successful applicant to be a key person to a group of children, to complete observations for the children in the playroom, contribute to planning and paperwork, as well as being able to take guidance from the Room Leader.
