Job Description

Provide good quality delivery of the Baby Sensory Programme in a weekly class environment. This will include setting up and clearing away equipment and preparing and delivering the developmental activities. Starting August / September 2025

Responsibilities and Duties

Learning class plan weekly.

Preparing kit.

Set up cleaning and clearing away equipment before, during and after class.

Weekly training call with franchisee to discuss the following week's plan.

Excellent friendly, caring, empathetic and welcoming attitude with parents in class. Help with marketing Facebook and marketing events.

Be aware of the high profile of the classes and to uphold standards by adhering to all policies and procedures.

Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

The job is physically demanding. Baby Sensory runs several classes in one day which will require the class leader to reset the equipment and to hand out materials throughout classes

Classes are held in Fairfield Community Sports Hub, Drumgeith Road, Dundee on a Tuesday and Friday and Letham St Marks, Rannoch Road, Perth on a Thursday

Class times are within school hours and term time only. (8.30am - 3pm Tuesday and Thursday, Friday 8.45 - 1245)

Each class lasts for 1 hour.

An hour is required at the start and end of the day to set up and down.

Weekend Specials and Birthday Parties

Candidates must have their own transport.

Qualifications are not necessary. A 3 day training course online will have to be attended. (this will be done in the evenings) Continuous on the job training will be given.

Wages will be 12.30 per hour
