Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

We're looking for people to deliver exceptional swimming lessons for Total Fitness members and non-members, to ensure the correct swimming safety procedures are always followed and to provide excellent customer service, making a difference to people's lives through teaching them to swim.

We recognise that members require post lesson feedback which we allow for in our scheduling, each lesson is 30 minutes + 10 minutes feedback, your time fully paid for.

We're looking for cover:
Monday afternoon 13:30pm-15:30pm
Wednesday 09:30am-12:10pm
Friday 9:20am-11:20am

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

STA Aquatic Teaching Baby and Pre-School Swimming or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers qualification This role is subject to a DBS check

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE

Deliver lessons in accordance with association guidelines Create a fun and positive pool experience Guarantee the highest levels of safety at every session Support the PXM (Poolside Experience Manager) with any queries regarding member progress Maintain accurate records of all members Communicate effectively with parents/guardian of babies/toddlers participating in lessons
