We are seeking a dedicated, fun and passionate practitioner to carry out our early childhood education programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to nurturing the growth and development of children from 1-2years old within our beautiful country setting.
Responsibilities
work alongside a small team of childcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and education for babies.
Implement engaging educational programmes that promote early childhood development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the nursery environment.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Monitor the daily activities of children, providing support and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with staff to create a stimulating learning environment that caters to diverse needs.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
You will working in partnership with our sister setting that our babies will move up to once they turn two, we are a lovely bunch and we will also join you at the new setting for forest school sessions.
Requirements
A background in Early Childhood Education or related field is ideal.
Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided.
Knowledge of best practices in childcare management is an advantage.
