Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a love for children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning. Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Drive children to school, extracurricular activities, or playdates as needed. Provide support in developing social skills through playdates and group activities.

Experience

Previous experience in childcare or nannying is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus for educational purposes. A valid driver's licence is necessary for transporting children safely. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and engage children effectively. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing positively to their growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 350.00-550.00 per week

Schedule:

Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability
