Overview

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and multilingual Babysitter/Nanny to join our London-based team and provide high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. This role involves supervising and caring for children, organizing fun and educational activities, and supporting their language learning and overall development.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities. Support children's language development through conversation, reading, and play (in English or other languages). Prepare light meals or snacks and assist with feeding when needed. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding children's daily routines and progress. Assist with light housekeeping related to childcare (e.g., tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals). Adhere to the company's childcare policies and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, Strong teaching skills, with the ability to engage children in learning activities Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage Valid driving licence with a clean driving record preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere for children First Aid certification is desirable but not essential dbs check
