29,000 per year

We're looking for a warm, experienced, and dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our Ladybird Nursery team and lead our Baby Room for children aged 0-2 years. If you're committed to supporting young children's development in a safe, stimulating space--this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Role Will Include:

Leading a team of nursery practitioners to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities. Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, including regular progress updates. Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene at all times. Observing and monitoring children's development, tailoring activities to individual needs. Collaborating with nursery management to ensure exceptional standards of care and education.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Experience working in an early years setting, with a specific focus on babies aged 0-2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for early childhood development and care.

You must hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare (Level 2 will be considered depending on experience)
