This diverse and hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations. You'll manage our Kitchen and Facilities team, ensuring our spaces are not only compliant and well-maintained but also deliver an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.


Working across catering, maintenance, and building operations, you'll have the opportunity to shape how our Hub functions and develops. This is a role where no two days are the same, and your work will directly impact the success of our space.

What you'll be doing



Managing our Kitchen and Facilities team, providing strong performance management, coaching and mentoring Overseeing delivery of planned preventative maintenance and ensuring all statutory compliance Managing service contracts including cleaning, security, waste and catering suppliers Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address maintenance needs quickly Standing in for chefs when needed and ensuring food hygiene, safety and allergen compliance Managing contractors to ensure work is safe, professional and good value for money Taking responsibility for sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency and food waste reduction Acting as a key holder with responsibility for duty management, including weekends Supporting the events team with setup and breakdown of rental spaces

More about you




We're looking for someone with excellent team management skills and hospitality experience who can manage both people and processes effectively. You're hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of this diverse role.

Strong team management experience Experience in catering, hospitality or events management Understanding of compliance requirements and processes Ability to stand in for chefs when required Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude Computer literacy for managing systems and documentation

Working pattern




This is a full-time, on-site position. You'll work 40 hours per week including duty management responsibilities during evenings and weekends. Flexibility with your schedule is essential.
